PASSPORT TO SYDNEY

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe recently commissioned Travelling Matt to line-produce & film content for the Sony Playstation PSP release "Passport To Sydney".

An interactive travel guide developed with Lonely Planet, "Passport to ..." is the ultimate travel guide for the tech-savvy crowd. With maps and details of local attractions, restaurants, bars etc, the guide also features slick montages depicting the atmosphere and scenery of a particular area.

Specified to use the Sony HDV Z1, it was the remarkable production quality of previous montages that really hooked Travmatt.

Production ran for 30 days, included six films, shooting at Sydney's landmarks and an extensive list of attractions. Clearances, location permits & talent releases generated a mountain of paperwork and required some keen negotiation.

Matt Gormly served as Line Producer / DP, with an additional DP on occasion, and two PA's covering the duration.

"Passport To Sydney" is scheduled for an April 2007 release.
